*Plot*

Aleandra, a young woman in her early twenties, has been living with her boyfriend, Jake, and her roommate, Emily. On the surface, everything seems normal, but Aleandra has been struggling with mental health issues and has been prescribed medication to manage her symptoms.

However, when Aleandra discovers that Jake and Emily have been secretly seeing each other behind her back, she feels betrayed and hurt. In a statement of rebellion, she decides to stop taking her medication, convinced that she doesn't need it anymore.

As Aleandra's mental state begins to deteriorate, she becomes increasingly paranoid and aggressive. Her desire for revenge against Jake and Emily consumes her, and she starts to experience terrifying hallucinations and delusions.

*Descent into Madness*

As Aleandra's psychosis deepens, she becomes more and more detached from reality. Her behavior becomes erratic and violent, causing her to lash out at those around her.

Jake and Emily, who are initially sympathetic towards Aleandra's situation, soon become frightened by her behavior. They try to intervene, but Aleandra's paranoia and aggression make it impossible for them to reach her.

As Aleandra's mental state continues to deteriorate, she becomes convinced that Jake and Emily are plotting against her. In a shocking and violent climax, Aleandra's desire for revenge reaches a boiling point, leading to a terrifying confrontation that will change everything.
