As an actor/Filmmaker or Actress you most defile all odds and stay dedicated hunting for auditions/Sponsorship/Executive even when they don't favor you(Not out of desperation), Also dedicate time  in training and registering for coaching to improve your Technique and style to meet everyday standard etc.. tireless commitment to building yourself Against all odds.

 Instead of casting all manner of blames against those at the top and accusing them for manipulating their way up your focus should be Strategic relating with them. Relationship at top level is very crucial

Relationship at same level most never be undermine especially with Skillful and Wise people. Having good relationship with those at the top should never let you neglect the power of Relationship with those at your level because Sooner those at the Top will be replaced with those at same level with you and you will reap whatever you sow at your level. Your relationship with those at same level with you has greater benefits tomorrow than with those at the top who will soon be forgotten..

Lastly Relationship with those under your level. This is where many people get robbed in life and destiny. Many have undermine this level of Relationship to their own failure.

 How can I make friends with those under level? Off course that's Pride and remember Pride goes before your fall. The strongest relationship to invest in is this last level of Relationship because it will have a longer lasting influence than the other two levels. The difference between you and those below your level  is base on time and chance.

 So invest in Building relationship with those at your level and those at Top level but much more for Posterity sake and if your rising and reign most prolong invest Strategically with those under your level.

 When you and friends at same level get to the Top and those under rise to the middle stage you will  be benefiting and when you are off stage being replaced with those are the middle your legacy will still live on because Relationship Never Die..
