Working on stage during audit with other actors gives casting directors more details about Actors ability and acting prowess. Dialogue delivery, reactions to what others say or do, ability not to mask other Actors line delivery. Masking lines basically talks about talking when another Character is still talking or trying to cut another Character line delivery when he or she is not done delivering the dialogue, it creates noise when is not supposed to be a noisy scene. 

Ability to effortlessly deliver dialogue, perfect reactions(Facial, Body,eye movement) in the midst others actors on stage, making your dialogue delivery without masking another Actor plays a great role in winning performance credit during auditions for possible casting in the project.
