This keys are neither new nor strange to be discovered but practical common sense which is often not common. If one most secure and stay up to date, in seasons and out of seasons, the following common Wisdom should be practiced as a game changer
1. REMAIN A LEARNER
Certified education through film schools is once and gone, educated knowledge is subject to be replaced with newer syllabus. What was known in 80s and 90s will hardly be useful in today era. Most Filmmakers at the top suffer from a sense of arrival and complacency a dangerous trap to easily fade off. Dedication is the bedrock of Dominion, exclude the Spirit of dedication from a man you will have a mediocre. Stay dedicated without waving away from continuous learning, building strategic relationship, commitment to Creative works and then watch yourself become a generational phenomenon
4. DISCIPLINE
Training Self to obey and follow rules is easy at low level and pretty better at middle level, extremely difficult to be discipline at the top. Is not supposed to be so for those who want to stay longer at the top, discipline applied at low level should be copied and practice at Top Levels this is because the top zone is a zone of pride and self exaltations. Pride and self exaltation will go first before the fall of a man
Discipline of Conversations towards others, Conversations and words should be Edifying than attracting vainglory. Discipline of Character and conduct, a committed filmmaker at low level and middle level shouldn't become a lazy Filmmaker that delegate personal responsibilities to others, not an abuser or user of men because of influence and status. Maintenance of hard discipline as a top Filmmaker, Director, Actor establishes anyone for generational reference. Keep Discipline at the top not domineering
